       @SDF Am I doing something wrong, two people who have followed me have sent me a message pointing to two issues,1. I have unchecked require follow requests, but their request is awaiting approval and I cannot see it in my notifications to approve.2. My list of followers doesn't seem to get updated even after a couple of days.Does this take a while? #feditips

       @bmp depending on how busy the various instances are, it can take some time.  If the message between instances is lost, then withdrawing the request and then trying again can generate a new message.Many instances are behind processing traffic and the devs are aware of this and looking at ways to optimize things.  Thank you for your patience as the fediverse grows.
