Is there a way to disable #bluetooth auto-connect on #android ?So far, everything points to a big, fat no. Posting here, hoping it's just me that don't know how to search the Internet...

@dnkl Turns out that setting I showed you doesn't affect the auto-connection process. I ran a test on a bluetooth keyboard, and my phone seemed not to auto-connect unless I go into the settings and explicitly pick out the device.

@grtcdr I'll admit I haven't tested with anything but speakers and headphones, aka audio devices. Perhaps it's only to such devices it will auto-connect?

@dnkl I suspect it is and it sort of makes sense why they might auto-connect to speakers or headphones where the connection is more likely to abruptly drop.
