@john It's funny that it's being singled out by Musk. There are tons of "alternatives" for social media, including Facebook / Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Imgur, Foursquare, I don't know, whatever... so on and so forth.Musk is just erratic.

@freakazoid Sure, I just don't think it's a poster-child of how we want things to be. It does suggest some level of physical threat (not just to him). If we're unhappy about him doing stochastic terrorism, I don't think the best strategy is to do something similar to him.It's an edge case. Certainly not a hill to die on.

@SaraLutra I have to confess, I was slow on the uptake too. In retrospect, the "pedo-guy" incident was enough to show what Elon was all about. I thought it was bad, but it didn't really sink in (so to speak!).

@john it was to me pretty much the Pedo-Guy incident, where I was like: Yeah, fuck Elon. There was some claim that for a time Elon had a team of "Elon-Wranglers", who kept him and his antics in check, in the interest of the investors for Tesla and SpaceX. What we see now is Elon in his free-range and unchecked glory. And another Muskox.
