In today's episode of "open source washing", we have a crowd-sourced Non-Disclosure Agreement which claims to be 'open source' but is distributed under CC-BY-ND 4.0 International. "No Derivatives" and "open source" are not compatible concepts.https://onenda.org/aboutCC @richardfontana @pchestek @luis_in_brief @karen @mccoysmith

This means that other companies can see that you’ve adopted it which can serve as a driver for them to do business with you as you’re showing that you take a balanced approach to your contracting. @pchestek @kevin @richardfontana @luis_in_brief @karen BTW: Over 30+ years of practice, I thought I'd heard every excuse for "sorry, we can't change the agreement/clause" but "sorry, we can't change the agreement, the copyright license we have prohibits it" would be a new one! ;)
