I don’t understand how anyone can not think the way uni works now is INSANE“Science academia = spending decades of hardcore training to become an elite experimentalist to land yourself a much coveted job to NEVER do an experiment again in your life. Rather do things you have ZERO training for (teaching, mentoring, administration, grant writing, politics)”
