       Today, I found out that I have exactly 9 days of work left, including 3 days at home, before Christmas vacation kicks in.I am really looking forward to it, I feel exhausted and cold, and I am sick and tired of the daily grind.My last vacation was 10 days, and I managed to be sick for 3 of them.

       @ParadeGrotesque I feel you. I cannot remember my last multi-day vacation. I have used 1 of 20 allotted this year. It is a grind. Mgmt says to use them, but we have no real mechanism for preventing the already existing backlog get worse while I am gone.
