       @chromedevice Pretty much right on time. LTS gets major version updates every 6 months IIRC. Essentially a 6 version feature jump as security updates are pushed to LTS as they arrive on Stable over time.

       @kevinctofel what is odd is that versions are not changing as they are flipping. If this was a security patch related issue, I would have expected new binaries to be pushed. I'll contact my Google contacts if this happens once more. This feels odd :)

       @chromedevice @kevinctofel That has to be some caching/load-balancing bug or something. LTS jumped from 96 to 102 in September.
