       @aaronpettman the media has claimed crypto was dead thousands of times since people started using it. This is same story, different cast. People are using crypto like they used banks and that is where the problem is. When people eventually learn that possession is ten tenths of the law and hold their own keys the media will have to find a new boogyman. Sure, it sucks people lost money. However, people need to take it upon themselves to do some background reading on what the heck they are getting into too. Crypto was meant to be a "currency" and #Bitcoin at least is a failed attempt. Something like #monero may succeed though.
