Ooh! This is very interesting. Apparently #walking (and #running) backwards is really good for you. Various #health benefits, including using muscles supporting the #lumbar spine, as well as pain relief for #PlantarFasciitis. I was at the gym today. The cross trainers sometimes make you walk ('pedal') backwards. It's a very different feeling, and you can feel it's activating different muscles. Or activating muscles differently? Anyway, I'm not surprised it's good exercise.
