Can someone who isn't retarded in metals tell me like... Ok why are coins less than a bar. And I mean in the same amount of weight. And why is some bars of the same weight MoL depending on the company that minted it?

To answer the question about metal mixture, if we’re talking “coins” (minted by a government and has a face value), then historically coins meant for circulation have been minted with some kind of alloy. And when I say historically, I’m going clear back to Babylon using electrum (gold/silver alloy). Coins not minted for circulation (like an American Silver Eagle, Canadian Silver Maple, Silver Brittania, etc) are minted with 99.9% pure silver. While technically a “coin,” they were never meant to be in circulation negotiated for their face value. I could go on and on, but I’ll stop there and offer to answer any additional questions if you have ‘em.

LSS I was asking because a long time ago I was split between crypto and metals. I got crypto when BC was 30k each and I managed to sell at 65k high b4 the crash. My need for a backup tho still exists because I consider crypto very fluid and VERY tied to inflation it seems worthless. I was looking into metals months and months ago and this was the video that scared me from metals because he said all this and that like this bar sucked more than this other bar and they sold me shit bars and stuff https://youtu.be/u28B3qJGxO4

tl;dr this guy isn't that bright, and his dealer was a disingenuous ass hole. I can write about this forever and ever, but if you want my advice on what to buy (14 years in the business and having sold well over $50 million in non-collectible investment grade precious metals) DM me.

Investing in precious metals doesn't really make you money. It just protects the purchasing power of your money now over the long term. It's an inflationary hedge.

Yeah fr I def understand that lol def does that better than crypto. Glad I sold at 65k., It's now 17. Right as inflation kicked into high gear it started getting Shakey. If it was a hedge it should have skyrocketed but it crashed. Anyone who says today btc is a hedge is a retard imo.

Find out which starter green energy could have blood connections to people in the DNC and buy stocks heavily.
