Faith went only several hours not responding to him and he assumed we stole her phone/took possession of Xander. This is what he does. He goes nuclear because deep down he knows what he is, and figures at some point, they’ll wise up and GTFO. That was the incident that started all the legal shit.

Agreed. Collectibles is still a market. Granted, I find it more fickle and extremely difficult to predict, so I don't think it's a GREAT investment. But by definition, buying something with the intent that it will sustain or grown in value is investing. It's just difficult to predict the future rarity and demand in the collectible markets. In the coin world, I've seen so many senior citizens get ripped off when they went to buy gold coins from unscrupulous dealers, who pitch them old US gold coins as "guaranteed numismatic" at a huge premium (sometimes so high that it ethnically classifies as usury). They die. Coins pass to kids. Kids find out that their deceased loved ones paid double what the coin is worth now even though gold had increased 200% from the purchase date.

The easiest way to fight Ralph is to attack him on his own turf, where he violates stuff that has consequences in the real world. Fighting him on his turf means people get content. It is what it is. I'm grown up enough to be able to look at it from the outside and get it. If people get a laugh at his expense (hell, even at my expense)...all the better.
