       One of the most effective ways I've learned to deal with negative communication on social media: If you feel someone is arguing in bad faith, disagrees for reasons of disliking you or a group you belong to: Stop.Stop responding. You're free. Nice day, isn't it? Time for a cup of coffee ☕

       This is especially true for people that respond by deliberately misunderstanding or misrepresenting what you said. Picking out a detail to criticise without engaging with the broader point you make. Waste of my time and energy. I drop these conversations, without a second thought, the second i understand what i am dealing with.
