The case is mostly designed, i just need to add some features to hold the MCU and usb breakout. Also I will probably section it. While i can (barely) fit the main case top ans bottom parts on my printer, they only fit upright. That'll make for one hell of a difficult print.

Some details and drawings. I'm especially proud of the side pieces. The slot running around the perimeter is for some RGB (yeah yeah I'm sorry lol). In between the sides and the main body there's also a 1mm light guide that I'm sure will make for a striking effect 😁

"Caucasian" as substitute for white is so weird. It assumes whiteness to be a "racial attribute" of "these people from that area of the world" rather than a socioeconomic status signifier with an attached machinery for institutionalised and societally accepted oppression. There is no such thing as a white race. Never has been, never will be. There only ever was the arrogant notion of superiority, that was codified wirh the concept of whiteness.

This is especially true for people that respond by deliberately misunderstanding or misrepresenting what you said. Picking out a detail to criticise without engaging with the broader point you make. Waste of my time and energy. I drop these conversations, without a second thought, the second i understand what i am dealing with.

The thing abt fedi is that it isn't just another walled garden. And I don't think that this is present enough in conversations around it. It's an excellent way of making our means of communication, of community, resilient against hostile takeover by corporate interest. The internet isn't meant to be three, largely non interoperable, massive corporate web sites.
