       @kaia Could you do a presentation about the value of extemporization?That is what I have to do if I am faced with something I have not been able to prepare for!  It is also known as "making it up on the fly".

       @kaia make slides/notes to organize your thoughts. Form a gut feeling for how much you want to say about a subject. Then improvise the rest: improvising may mean you forget to tell something, but you may also mention something else extra. Gives a reasonable mean result. If you forget something important enough you'll remember later in talk or get reminded with question.I find/think the most difficult thing is trusting yourself it will work out okay.
