@nyx its webscale but its not secure. we need to ensure its containerized. normally i would suggest docker but for production i think we need windows security so id suggest compiling a minimal linux distribution to webassembly and running that on microsoft edge.

@nyx port forwarding might be a problem with linux running on windows but edge is also available for linux so we can run it inside WSL2 and i think that will fix the problem

@lizzie that's actually pretty cool even though writing COBOL by all accounts is miserable. I've considered learning it just to try to get one of those jobs but I don't think just knowing the language is really enough since there's a lot of other real world mainframe stuff that you can only get through experience
