       Quarter end at Oracle. The bean counters and timecard police are out in force (with batons). The nagging emails from all levels of management are unceasing.Now I finally learn which customers have actually paid for my ad-hoc help, advice and consultancy in recent weeks. Some have, some haven't. I don't really care because they actually pose interesting, challenging technical problems.However, I seriously couldn't give a flying feck about the commercials or lack of a project code.If you bluntly tell them you can not attend any Zoom/Teams calls or answer any emails until they raise a PO, this does tend to focus their minds somewhat and get an immediate response 🙂

       @andyc The best customers for us are on the Web side of the business. Those with hosted stuff such as Emails, Backup, VOIP, Websites etc. Nothing focuses their minds more than switching their shit off. 🤣
