@medbsraven Lost my job, lost decent income, lost leftist "friends", had to move back to an area I hate, was threatened, screamed at, told to die, verbally abused even on a nature trail, etc. I do not forgive and I will never forget.

@extremebirdnerd @medbsraven Never forgetting. Forgiveness? Depends. Also I don't believe this whole power grab by some extremely rich and extraordinarily bad people is over by a long shot. My trust in the medical profession and the scientific community is in tatters as well.

@Spring @extremebirdnerd I think the video hits the nail on the head - how can I forgive if they aren’t willing to admit that they were wrong with disastrous consequences. I certainly won’t forget what my university, doctors, and workplace put me through. It’s certainly not over if they’re adding it to the list of immunizations for schoolchildren, it’s not over when my coworkers are still getting boosters (and more often now getting sick or injured because of it - though they haven’t realized it).

@medbsraven @Spring Companies where I live are still requiring it for consideration for employment. I suspect plenty of them in one career path I had (natural sciences) still are as well because most of them pay through universities. I also can't find an online wastewater certification course not affiliated with a university that requires Covid shots. We might be out of lockdowns but we're not at all out of shots Insanity and masks are still required at the doctor's office which is extremely stupid. So yeah it isn't over at all and in some ways is worse than the beginning of the pandemic.

@extremebirdnerd @Spring For the universities, check on medical or religious exemptions. I was manipulated into getting the original series at my uni but after feeling the effects I got my NP to sign off on a medical exemption for when they tried to mandate the first booster. Some uni’s religious exemption forms are super easy to fill out, you just do it yourself. That’s of course if you’re willing to pay a uni with such a stupid mandate at all! I would think that maybe some down south in the US are not mandating it. And yes, agree it’s ridiculous in doctor’s offices. My company has not mandated it but is continuing self-testing (on an honor basis), but the building we’re in wasn’t so nice - they only stopped their vaccine proof or 2x tests weekly with photo proof app nonsense back in July.

@medbsraven @Spring The paying part is definitely why I've procrastinated! I've had quite an issue with paying something like $1000 to any college that is going to try to make me take vaccinations for an entirely online "continuing adult" course that's really for occupational reasons only. I could potentially get a religious exemption, but figured I'd put things on hold instead. My mind is blown that any place is still doing self-testing (lol at on an honor basis, I would be faking that left and right) and had been doing anything up until July. Insane. I'm in public a LOT, even outside of any employment, and even now have not run across people who claim to have caught Covid, yet with the way things are going in my area you would think it is rampantly running through the population.
