       This data is exciting for many reasons, but one unexpected thing was the discovery of SO2 (sulfur dioxide) in this #exoplanet's atmosphere.SO2 is produced through photochemistry (photons from the star interacting with molecules in the atmosphere) and has never been seen in an exoplanet before!#JWST #Astrodon #Science
