It's terrible how little respect academic institutions, publications, and societies have paid to permalinks. I'm walking through http://www.catb.org/~esr/writings/taoup/html/apb.html, and almost all of the reference links are broken.Yay, you have a sexy new website, but that knowledge you supposedly put on the web in the late 90s/early 00s? Nah, fuck that. That's old shit.

And the wild fucking thing about it?That's literally what the web was for.Like 5 minutes before that, you couldn't even do non-academic shit on the web.It's like the web LITERALLY HAD ONE JOB.And y'all still managed to fuck it up.
