       @obsolete29 I have been thinking about your post. I don't have any solutions for playlists but I use foobar2000 on my Android phone and Windows/Linux PC and rsync my library between both. Interested to see what you come up with.

       @Eggfreckles yeah man thanks. the music files stuff is pretty straight forward but the playlist thing seems difficult. I know technically it should be simply but finding two pieces of software that both will automatically read the playlist seems difficult.@wouter uses #Navidrome to stream local music and sync playlists and all that so I'm going to give that a whirl. I ordered an Intel nuc to run home assisant on so there's plenty of cpu on that machine to also run this.

       @Eggfreckles I was trying to avoid the complexity of hosting an app to "stream" my own music over my own local network. I don't want a local version of spotify. I want to plug a cable from my phone to my computer and sync music and playlists. no one thinks like it seems.

       @obsolete29 @Eggfreckles FYI Navidrome consumes little resources. I just use the Docker image, it uses 100MB RAM and 0.3% CPU.

       @wouter @obsolete29 this sounds great. I am mostly an album listener, so the playlist sync issue never bothered me. I will have to check it out.
