       I refuse to call Toots posts. The silliness of this word is what makes Fediverse stand out and corpos don't like to toot (mostly because it reminds them, that whatever they are saying are just farts)

       Toot is Mastodon’s attempt at branding and what makes the fedi stand out is that different software are interoperable in the same network.  But if its alternate meaning humors you, @potato_lisper, no one is stopping you from calling posts from other implementations toots :comfyshrug:
