       @introvertgay One thing I've kinda succeeded at is convincing junior folk to keep a weekly log of things they've done (both positive and negative). I also offer to help folk write their own reviews, because it's easier to sing the praises of others. It at least handles the "accomplishments" part. I have no idea how to deal with the "peer" part.

       @jrconlin @introvertgay Writing logs throughout or at the end of each week is very important, this is an excellent process. There are a ton of benefits.
