In the further adventures of Moron, he has cracked a rib. Somehow. Just playing on the floor with his kid.Probably not a broken rib but a torn muscle or ligament. But it hurts the same as that time that I cracked my rib. Already feeling better but it catches me when I have a cough.Which if you don't know cracked ribs hurt with you breathe in or out too quick, when you laugh. When you cough. And I can't have antiinflamatiroes due to the pills I'm getting.TL:DR; protecc your ribcage.

@nerdman that's painful. i had that happen before doing martial arts then re-broke it a few months later. if the bone is clicking as you breathe in and out that is an indicator doctors can't really do anything for it unles the bone is out of position and needs to be set though. just have to tough it out for a few weeks

@meowski Yeah. The "just take it" treatment. If I could at least get ibuprofen...

@nerdman i recall how painful that was. barely being able to breathe without severe pain in the rib cage. sitting up from bed also really painful. not fun times. could you possibly have some osteoporosis? if you're saying you did this just by playing without even knowing how, that might indicate brittle bones.a solid punch to the rib cage is what broke mine. definitely took some force

@meowski BTW hematocrit and hemoglobin levels normal. Platelets growing and close to normal, same for white blood cells. Not even a little graft vs host.I guess the broken rib is god leveling out against all the benefits I'm being given.I am ok with this.

@meowski Hematologist sent a note to endocrinologist to see about doing a bone densitometry. The people doing the bone biopsy last time didn't seem to have an easier time than usual poking in to my hip so I think I'm good, but I *AM* taking magnesium supplements so there could be something like that.

@nerdman i think you want calcium + magnesium + vitamin D together in a certain ration to maximize absorbtionalso you're not drinking any acidic pop beverages right ?

@meowski Now it's all about managing the chimerism. Needs to go up to 100% dr says. But the marrow is looking better already too. Meaning less fibrosis. How about you? Still doing things about the warehouse?

@meowski Nah, no sugar due to beetus. Only water and carbonated water (I like the carbonation, don't need the associated sugar, flavoring, etc.)

@meowskiYeah! My youngest sister. Histoidentical.Looked at the results of the comparison. It's kind of like having a sha1 string. Hers and mine were equal all over.Got lucky! Not her. She looks a lot like me, I'm told.

@nerdman maybe the resulting weak carbonic acid solution isn't harmful to bones, idk. all i know is it's a waste product that your body is trying to get rid of and not a dietary nutrient
