I just got back in (after the evening #DogWalk). There was an almost clear sky, with a few wispy clouds (that I could see through). Otherwise, the sky was a blanket of stars. I even saw a couple of shooting stars.

@zlatko When there isn't any fog, can you see anything? Light pollution in big cities normally means the night sky is hidden.

@zlatko @fitheach None of my siblings live in/near the town I’m from so I don’t have an excuse to go back, but the lack of light pollution makes for incredible viewing of the night sky there. (Population density is close to zero. 😂)

@PeterWyrm Many of my "neighbours" leave their outside lights on at night. Electricity obviously isn't expensive enough. Luckily, my nearest neighbour is 1 mile away.@zlatko
