       Sigh; still fighting Eon.next for access to my electricity account - I'm still logging in and getting the other David Gilbert's account (logging in using my email address).  Not had any reply from their complaints email, their phone stuff is unreachable, trying their 'community forum;'.

       @penguin42I'm battling a different bit of eon regarding a problem with a solar panel installation.No response to emails, no response to formal complaint letters - now in the industry arbitration system (which they seem to be ignoring too - but it's glacial)

       @mansr Well I have his address but not his phone number (his account shows my phone number and email)  Although given the address I think it's a holiday home rather than a full time address, so I'm not sure even writing to it will help.

       @penguin42 I'd vote for ICO. a) they're probably used to ignoring Ofgem. b) ICO is more relevant and probably more clued up on the specifics of the problem.
