Hello folks - about 12 hours ago we implemented our first stage of distributing the instance across multiple servers and monitored performance over night. Things are getting better, so thank you for sticking with us. We will continue to make these incremental changes, and just like all the other instances out there on the #fediverse , work to getting queue processing optimized. Thank you all for being here and being part of this history we're all making here.

@SDF Is there a way to resend follow requests that got eaten during the upgrade? I have someone whose request I'm not getting, and they got mine, so I can't unfollow-refollow to make this instance see I'm following them, but their instance sees me as following them. The instance is twit.social, and I'm able to follow other accounts from there.
