       @fluffy it means when I have a minor disagreement with someone, assuming the worst about them. There are so many bots and trolls and edgelords on Bird app that it was a safe assumption, and often necessary for self-protection. Here, it's neither necessary nor useful.

       @odanu @fluffy i for one prefer charitable first interactions as it makes me have more friends from more places that are very different from mine, i learn a lot from this approach, xenophobia is not a good policy ime.
