Kiwi Farms is in fact, illegal.Before I get into this, I want you all to know that I am not saying this because I want it to be true, or because I want to censor free speech. I am saying this because it’s objectively true.You may ask why, well, let’s get into it. First of all, I need to define the difference between criminal law and civil law.Criminal laws are things like prohibiting burglary, possession, grievous bodily harm. If you have done something criminally illegal, you’ll probably end up in handcuffs and end up in court automatically, via the state.Civil laws are things like Section230, prohibiting defamation, harassment and copyright violations. If you do something civilly illegal, the victim will probably have to hire a lawyer and take you to court themselves. The thing is, whether you are found guilty of something civilly or criminally illegal, your consequences will be the same.Whether the state pays for the court case, or a citizen does, if you are found guilty, you’re charged with the crime and will either be fined, given a community order or sent to prison/jail.Now, when we are answering the question “Is Kiwi Farms illegal?” we are not talking about the whole website’s userbase itself.Due to Section230, Joshua Moon is mostly not held legally accountable for any of the actions of his userbase. This means, what we are really asking is “Has Null himself committed a civil or criminal illegality?”The thing is, he has. Section230 actually has exemptions, as well as parameters. This means someone can actually have Section230 protection revoked.One of the things that leads to Section230 protections being revoked for a person, or a website is inducing illegal content.Although Josh himself isn’t doing most of the “most harmful” things on Kiwi Farms, it would be a lie to say he hasn’t assisted, or induced such actions.For example; Changing user’s profile pictures to revenge porn, or extortion content, moving thread subject’s posts in other threads to their own, and editing content posted by others.All of these things are things that could very easily cause a revoking of Section230 for the Kiwi Farms.Kiwi Farms has absolutely violated Section230, the issue is, there is no Section230 violation office to report that to.It would be easily argued in court that Kiwi Farms has violated Section230, however, this is a civil illegality, rather than a criminal one.No police officer is going to bust down Josh’s door to arrest him for violating Section230, however, if someone who was smart, capable and educated hired a lawyer and took Null to court, they could probably very easily get Section230 protections revoked for the Kiwi Farms.Nearly every crime committed by Josh as a website host, is a civil one. Civil crimes are not charged by the state. Anyone who wants to see someone charged for a civil crime, must hire a lawyer.Fair Use is another thing people don’t seem to understand. “Criticism or parody” does not mean malicious communication, harassment or defamation. Anyone who believes that using Fair Use in court over something posted on a gossip forum can get you out of a charge, is a fucking idiot.No judge is going to look at a copyrighted photo posted on Kiwi Farms and say “ah yes, this is definitely what we thought about when we created the “Criticism and Parody” Fair Use guidelines.” The reason why this is, is because Fair Use was mainly created to protect journalists, artists and news outlets. It wasn’t created to allow people to type a bunch of fucked up shit under a photo on a forum.Fair Use may work as an excuse if you want to refuse to remove something via email, but it absolutely wouldn’t work in court, & you’d just end up looking very stupid.It’s a bit like the first amendment. People seem to forget that all of these laws have parameters. The first amendment doesn’t enable you to sexually harass people, send death threats or impersonate people. Free speech isn’t free action. I don’t know why people are actually stupid enough to think free speech means they can commit crimes and get away with it because it’s words??? If you shouted “bomb” as a joke on an airplane, you’d 100% go to jail. The first amendment would not protect you because actions like these are illegal, & aren’t protected by the first amendment.Null also doesn’t seem to know what malicious communication is. It’s actually funny to think that anyone who’s ever received a malicious email from Josh, could probably just sue him personally.Site owners seem to think Section230 also protects them against their own actions. It’s legitimately clown shit. Kiwi Farms has survived so far because most of the thread subjects couldn’t afford a lawyer. A lack of legal capability, isn’t indicative of something not being illegal, it’s indicative of people lacking finances & resources to obtain legal “justice”.I personally don’t care what happens to KF, but facts are important even if unpopular.

nobody can be truly happy alone, not for long. you're just lying to yourself if you think that. we're a social species with certain needs and desires that can only be fulfilled by a certain kind of partner. again, you seem to have some kind of damage where it seems like you used to constantly be in and out of relationships and you never truly grew as a person on your own. if that's the case, then you probably do need to be alone for a while, while you learn who you are. I'll tell you anyway, sephardic are the more pure type jews, they have a similar iq to arabs and are browner and have a harder time passing in european society. Ashkenazis are white passing because of roughly a quarter or a third slavic dna, and have similar iqs to white people but are slightly dumber except for verbal iq.
