       @textfiles If you're really looking to split your presence, I suppose you could make this one more of a personal account and the one at mastodon.social be more about promoting stuff you're doing like the podcast, new IA content/features, etc...

       @textfiles I am so happy to see Jason Scott here!  Jason is the only reason I still used Twitter (known here as #birdsite) since I moved to #Mastodon about 2 years ago.Jason has done a ton of good work on almost all of my hobbies, especially those relating to #computing #history.  He is an archivist, preservationist, and filmmaker, and just all-around interesting guy.Let me make some introductions.  1/

       @textfiles Aside from that big thread, I'd second the comment that boils down to "just be yourself".There is one difference in the mores between Twitter and Fediverse... If you draw a line with "broadcast" on one end and "interact" on the other, then the average here is more towards interact than broadcast.You were the last person I used Twitter for, so I didn't really look that closely to see where you naturally fell on that spectrum, but just thought I'd mention in case it's helpful.
