       @alexstandiford @ademalsasa not really. Element is using Matrix, a federated protocol on its own. Fosscord is planning to develop a native compatibility layer with Discord as well as a federated protocol inspired from Matrix, but not currently available as of now. Others use their own protocol. The only way of cross-platform communication is using something like a bot right now.
