@piggo I don’t think he can. First of all his other enterprises are over leveraged themselves. Second he is borrowing the money for the acquisition using Tesla stock as collateral and in the business plan he submitted he promised that they are going to monetise twitter o make 44b back. Third he is not alone, apparently he has other people supporting him in this effort so he has other interested parties to answer to.

@nickapos I still don't see how a platform like Twitter can make any kind of revenue, even as is filled with ads, it barely survives. Some kind of "Twitter premium" maybe, but who would pay for that when all kids are on tiktok and mums on Facebook and Pinterest
