I am still friends with people who I used to hang out with at the Vauxhall Tavern. They are mostly (small c) conservative on social issues. They are not the idiots pushing gender identity ideology.

@Ladyfat Some maybe but not all people want or seek the same things. What was happening in the 1980s and 90s was very different to now. Of course there was some noncery. There always is! But back then not everything was about sexuality in the way that is now in our internet porn age. A lot of the drag acts were closer to music hall traditions than sexual fetish clubs.
