@Mitsu Because as much as I love my job, I don't like what Yankee money is doing to the neighborhood. We've had quite a few overdose deaths lately. I don't want to get knifed si some junkie can steal the company truck for smack money. A programmer can work from anywhere, and while I will have to content myself with just making my home presentable, I won't be risking junkie attacks.

@Mitsu I'm clinically diagnosed with dysthymia, aka persistent depressive disorder, so I am less sure I can be happy for more than brief moments.Though, I think I evolved from programmer to coder before I was even 10? ;)
