"No space left in ~"what? why? there should be plenty... oh, baloo. Kill that again, and delete.... let's see 5.5GB. Okay, that made size of home went from 16G to 12G (=16-5.5?). Oh well, at least I know have 350MB free.(30 minutes later)"No space left in ~"WTF? Stll 12G used, and 16 available, but that's 0 left? Okay, I can move 10G from /data. 16+10 = 24.7G, giving me 9.3G free. Alright, clean out some cruft. So, now I have 9.3GB in ~ which takes 12.68G and is 10.4G less than 24.77G.

@timjan Use ncdu, it is a CLI disk usage analyzer, you will be able to draw conclusions quickly.

@alejandrobdn Thanks, that agreed with du -sh, but partitionmanager and dolphin still has their own measurements.
