I have found breathing exercises to be most helpful when I notice my anxiety trying to keep me in a negative space without any real reason. Alongside morning and evening meditation to help with planning and focusing my thoughts; this has been a really helpful thing to notice, and I hope to try and habitualize this.

Anyone have advice or good reads on how to habitualize things like this as opposed to habitualizing tasks like brushing teeth or whatever?
