       Here’s a question; why do ALL #bread slicing machines (in #Norway) have this really specific type of brush? Is it proven to be the best for sweeping bread crumbs? Is is so expensive that it needs to be tied to the machine, in case someone were to steal it?I need answers.

       @matt I suspect its fixed to the machine not so much against theft, but to prevent the brush being misused for cleaning up other areas which would be against food safety / sanitary guidelines..

       @mattLooks weird, you want soft long natural bristles for flakey dusty stuff like bread, French brushes for bakers are very soft and long
