       Recently I've started using my #PinePhone's kill-switches. WiFi/BT is now disabled (I use a atk9k_htc USB dongle), and so is the front camera (which due to dust wasn't usable anyway). Is this a topic I should write about?

       @linmob btw are the kill switches true killswitches? or can they be bypassed by software somehow?

       @elias I really don't know - mine is a postmarketOS Community Edition (hardware rev 1.2a) and I've basically carried it with me everywhere I went since I got it a little over two years ago, so I am not surprised about the dust occuring. My UBports edition does not have a similar problem, but it "was retired early" 🙂

       @linmob I'm curious how you've attached the usb wifi adapter, and what USB adapter you found that uses ath9k.

       @elagost The adapter question is tough, it is a no-name-brand one that used to available on eBay - but I'll write about that in the blog post (sadly, I have two more posts that I need to finish beforehand - so it will take a bit).
