       My #pihole is now accessible from everywhere. I know that I shouldn't do that, but it's all firewalled up and the web interface uses SSL/HTTPS. My phone now finally always blocks trackers. :blobcataww:. And /e/OSs custom DNS setting is in use. I don't need to use some sketchy app.

       @konstantin Doesn't /e/OS block trackers by default?I'm on /e/OS and what kind of advantages does pihole have over the "Advanced Privacy" feature?Is it worth it?

       @comcloudway It does, but not enough. I've added multiple block lists to my Pi-hole. And some extra traffic from my phone now gets blocked too.

       @konstantin I thought about trying it out myself - does this also support stock android?My phone is running /e/OS but my tablet isn't.I'd assume, that you use the custom DNS tool, because you do not have a static IP?

       @comcloudway I use the custom DNS setting but the DNS server has a static IP. The setting doesn't exist on stock Android.

       @comcloudway I use the custom DNS setting but the DNS server has a static IP. The setting doesn't exist on stock Android. But there apps, probably open source apps which alloe changing the DNS server. You also need a static IP for a DNS server.
