Ich habe eine neue Stelle angetreten, und die Authentifizierung für das Gebäude erfolgt ausschließlich mit Fingerabdrücken, ohne jede andere Möglichkeit. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl dabei gefühlt, dass meine Fingerabdrücke eingescannt werden. Weiß jemand, ob das Schweizer Arbeitsrecht dazu etwas zu sagen hat?

J'ai commencé un nouvel emploi et l'entrée bâtiment se fait exclusivement par empreinte digitale, sans aucune autre option. Je me suis senti très mal à l'aise lorsque mes empreintes ont été scannées. Quelqu'un sait-il si le droit du travail suisse a quelque chose à dire à ce sujet ?
