Hmm, so I know that the 6502, 65816, and Z80 are still manufactured. The 8086 apparently not, but the 80186 is. And Apparently the 680x0 as well? Am I missing anything here?

@usul@mamot.fr At least based on Digikey's website it's still around and more than one manufacturer (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/microprocessors/694?s=N4IgjCBcpgnAHLKoDGUBmBDANgZwKYA0IA9lANogAMIAugL73EBMFIAbPFd3fUA)

@usul @LilFluff ah en fait c'est EOL mais ils proposent toujours d'en acheter… Donc probablement qu'ils en font encore pour le support des vieux matos.

@mmu_man@m.g3l.org @usul@mamot.fr I won't be surprised if the others either are EOLed soon or at least marked Not For New Designs

@LilFluff @usul those used in trains or planes are usually required to be manufactured for the whole life of the thing…
