       @genmaicha Thanks for the info. Some things like LEDs appear to be powered on but most things are non-functional. I guess this is why we unplug things.

       @genmaicha It is consistent with what I was seeing. Everything shut *down* but not off. It's as though they were still running but didn't have enough power to run well.
