       @martijnbraam That "heavily" depends on the kind of trip, light available and subjects encountered  I suppose.

       @talpa well, this is not very nice to carry for an hour on the camera strap, really should get a bigger backpack

       @martijnbraam Also just maybe a wide and padded strap?I have a length adjustable one. Allows me to carry a Tamron 150-600 G2 with a camera attached quite comfortable on my back while I ride a bike.
