they're asking everyone to turn their devices completely off... apparently low visibility and they want to minimise interference 🧐I've always been a bit critical of the airplane mode/interference thing, last i check there didn't seem to be much to back it up, idk tho

@calebccff I think it is odd, that the "Emergency mode" button is still visible in "Aeroplane mode". (/e/OS). I did not test if it works, or what happens if I dial a number - maybe they disable airplane mode the second I dial - or maybe I'm still partially connected, but my phone won't send any data?

@comcloudway emergency mode will turn airplane mode off (enabling the radio hardware again) and bypass all preferences and configuration, the modem will boost to max power, connect to the first available network and then dial
