       @neauoire I didn't realize this at the time, but when the forum was deleted... merveilles became something not worthy of respect, and the respect and genuine hope cannot come back until we find some approach to straightforwardly confronting disagreement.I don't know the way, yet, though. I have a friend group where we don't hold back with each other, and I love them, but it's been really fucking hard haha.

       @neauoire That friend group almost came apart so many times and most people would have come apart much sooner.A lot of people say that humans need strategic deceptions to get along. The ones who say this also tend to be utterly rancid with delusion because their friends are always lying to them.But it could be true. It could be that I'm looking for some sort of treaty against on the use of deception that we do not yet, and may never, have the technology to enforce.So idk :shrug:
