       @joelI come from mi band 4 to polar unite, polar is better for sport, but battery and screen is really sad. Take a look at notifyformiband. com and try to buy the pro version around 2,5 euro, it makes you mi band 100 times better 😁

       @joel, it can be converted into a freedom preserving one with #GadgetBridge (not sure about the level of support for your device). That’s what I did with my Mi Band 6, that I bought few months ago.

       @artfulsodger yeah I am ok gadgetbridge's matrix room and there are some PRs on their repo too to add initial support, for now I am honestly using the official app just because I wanna play around
