I've used a pipeline implementation where every push to the main branch caused the CI to release a new version of a library. I think that it is a mistake.Unlike building a SaaS application, with a library you would probably want to create new releases manually, precisely controlling what goes into every version.Otherwise you might end up confusing the library users with a large number of redundant releases.

I believe it should build the library with every main branch update only for testing. Releasing updates to end user should be manual.@borisv
