       its stupid how defensive some zelda fans get when you suggest making a game where Link isn't present or is just straight up killed.You KNOW the motherfucker can be reincarnated at any point right? There have been at least a half dozen of the motherfuckers already.

       @chjara pretty much. Hell wind waker is pretty iffy about if the MC is actually a reincarnation or not.

       @potzerus I'm good with them just making Linkle cannon. I played the Linkle Mod for Wind Waker HD and it took nothing from the story.

       @calv In Zelda basically everything is a spinoff its not like there is an actual functioning timeline. Every one they've tried to give it has been riddled with errors and retcons. Its not worth trying to start crafting a cohesive narrative now.

       @calv A tree that was riddled with retcons and errors. What I mean is outside direct sequels like spirit tracks its better to just take each game on its own and take any allusions to other games with a massive grain of salt.
