       1. The slider goes up to 128-bits, because crypto.2. A 48-bit minimum means an eight-character base94 password. This is trivially cracked if hashed with a fast generic hashing function.3. Orange and yellow and difficult to discern.

       @atoponce generally speaking, if one gets into the habit of using a passPHRASE instead of a passWORD it will be extremely difficult to crack. Oh, and use a PW manager. 😊

       @kev Indeed. However, this is my password generator that I've been developing for years.Security margins are security margins. If the passphrase or password has a minimum entropy of say 80 bits, then they both have equal difficulty for a password cracker.The original post is me evaluating whether I like the idea changing to a slider from the currently implemented buttons.Also, use the password generator that ships with your password manager. 😄 https://github.com/atoponce/webpassgen
