       @bauripalash The web where there is no javascript or only a small amount of javascript when there is no alternative or its helpful. Most websites don't need to have javascript to function but I think the only thing is the big websites that have all scripts and tons of stuff loading in for no reason could have a similar website without all the bloat. If we don't have all the bloat and tracking in the specifications then websites will be small. Like gemini is

       @bauripalash znc web interface is a good example of a web app that does not require javascript. Sure it might not look the best but with some css it could look better. But it does function just fine without javascript and is exactly the same in netsruf and a big browser.  People might say the web ui for znc irc bouncer does not look the best but its 100% functional and works without javascript

       @jason123santa nowadays, to read a 500 words, you need to load 5 megabytes of javascript. Most prominent examples are the news websites.

       @bauripalash Yeah. The web would be so much better if javascript was not required for the news sites or any site really. Only a limited amount of things need javascript and its very very limited.
