I took a rest break on the left side of the A, just above the cross-bar. That's where I had a snack, applied more sunblock, and used the (ugh!) port-a-potty because there was no shaded patch of trees safe enough to pee in. I also made a wrong turn about two-thirds down the diagonal of the N, but backtracked quickly.
